Asparagus Steamed Paintbox Veggies
Submitted by: JUSTYNA7Introduction
This is a wonderful medley of vegetables that can be prepared in bulk and then reheated later in the week for dinners or put into wraps at lunch. The lime and butter bring out all the wonderful flavours and the hint of sweetness fromt the cranberries makes it all a treat for the tastebuds. small amount of cauliflower/broccoli if you wish
green or yellow beans
dried sweetened cranberries (a few per serving)

Directions
Wash and slice all the vegetables.
If you don't have a steamer then put about an inch of water in a large pot with a lid and cook your carrots at the bottom. Bring water to a boil and steam veggies until still crisp. Pour into your serving bowl. Squeeze lime juice all over veggies. Top with a dollop of butter or margerine and cranberries. Toss lightly.
