Spinach and Sundried Tomato Lavash Pizza

Submitted by: JOYELYSE

Introduction

This is very light for pizza and very filling. Even my 4 year old will eat the veggies. Makes for a quick and easy vegetarian lunch. Make sure to use a whole wheat or multi-grain lavash.
