Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 16 oz
    Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 8 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
    kitchen bouquet browning sauce, 2 tsp
    Paprika, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Cornstarch, .012 cup
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    seasoned salt, 1 tsp

Directions

saute onions and green peppers add steak cook completely through add browning sauce paprika garlic seasoned salt pepper add 2 cups water bring to boil dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup water add to boiling mixture stir until thickened serve over cooked rice make 16 1/2 cup servings over 1/2 cup rice
