Low fat gingerbread muffins

Ingredients

    1 1/4 c spelt flour
    1/4 c non fat dry milk
    2 t crushed ginger
    1 t ground cinnamon
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 t baking powder
    1/4 t nutmeg
    1/4 t cloves
    1/4 c skim milk
    6 T apple sauce
    1/4 c molasses
    1 T canola oil
    1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Combine dry ingredients

Mix wet and combine with dry. Pour into muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes.
