Chicken Stir Fry

Introduction

What I had on hand for dinner tonight. Quick & easy but a little high on the sodium. What I had on hand for dinner tonight. Quick & easy but a little high on the sodium.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
    Stir Fry Vegetables, Frozen, Kirkland, 9 oz
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces

Directions

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Heat oil in wok and add chicken. Cook until no longer pink in middle. Add vegetable and cook according to package directions.

It's great over noodles or rice.
