1 lb lean ground turkey 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 whole onion, chopped 4 cans chicken broth 1/2 cup uncooked barley 3 cups shredded cabbage 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tsp worcestershire sauce 3 tsp brown sugar Salt and Pepper to taste
Brown turkey, garlic and onion together. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken broth, the barley, the cabbage and the tomatoes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 mins. Stir in balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar and cook for 5 for minutes.
