1/4 cup butter 4 large onions thinly sliced 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 box vegetable broth
Melt butter and brown onions in large pot. Stir frequently, and add broth and sauce when onions are a nice golden color. Bring to a boil and then let sit for a few minutes for flavors to meld. Add salt to taste. Nice served with Parmesan or cheese toast on top.
