Hamburger Casserole (Turkey)

Ingredients

    1 lb. fat free ground turkey breast
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
    4 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. milk nonfat

Directions

Brown turkey and onion. Drain. Add soup. Layer 1/2 of the potatoes on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Top with meat mixture. Place rest of potatoes on top. Add milk. Top with cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
