Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 3.33 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 3 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
    *Egg white, 4 serving (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 10" tubepan with cooking spray. Beat sugar and egg whites until soft peaks form. Add applesauce and vanilla and apples. Mix in flour at low speed just until mixed.\ Allow to cool 10 minutes in pan.
