Chicken Non enchilada

Introduction

Whipped this up when I was craving enchiladas Whipped this up when I was craving enchiladas
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 can enchilada sauce or make your own
    onion to taste
    garlic to taste
    chili powder to taste

    Instant brown rice
    salsa
    onion to taste
    garlic to taste
    chili powder to taste

Directions

Place chicken breasts in large fry pad. Add enchilada sauce and a little water. Cover and cook until done.

I used instant brown rice. I made 4 servings and replaced 2 cups of the water with salsa. Cook as directed.

Season to taste. I used chili powder, and garlic

I covered my place with shredded lettuce, topped with 1 cup of finished rice and 1/2 a chicken breast. Then drizzled a little of the sauce from the chicken on top. Yummy
