    8.5 cups water
    1 med cucumber peeled, thinly sliced
    1 med lemon, thinly sliced
    1 tsp grated ginger root
    12 mint leaves

Directions

mix together and chill overnight for flavors to blend. serving size, 1 cup

    sorry I'm so late responding! Water can be boiled but I used distilled water. Sometimes I use my tap water run through my brita filter.
