Easy Lo-Cal Key Lime Pie

Introduction

This is a cool, refreshing, light summer (or anytime) dessert loved by men, women and children alike. It is so easy to make. I make it often. You can vary the recipe for different flavors such as peach, strawberry, orange, lemon, raspberry, etc. This is a cool, refreshing, light summer (or anytime) dessert loved by men, women and children alike. It is so easy to make. I make it often. You can vary the recipe for different flavors such as peach, strawberry, orange, lemon, raspberry, etc.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 6 oz containers of low fat Key LIme yogurt
    1 3 oz pkg of sugar free, fat free Jello (the smail box)
    1 container of fat free or lite frozen whipped topping such as Cool Whip
    1 low fat graham cracker crust pie shell

Directions

Boil Jello in 1/2 cup of water (I use the microwave). Add both containers of yogurt and the whipped topping. Pour into the pie shell and refrigerate overnight (you can cut this time significantly and it will still be perfect). Serve cold to eight friends. Yummy for your tummy!! Refrigerate any leftovers.
