    * Black Olives, 1 SM CAN SLICES
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium THINLY SLICED
    * Peppers, sweet, red, GREEN,YELLOW THINLY sliced
    * Pepperoni, 36 slice 5 PER PIZZA
    * *Cheese, Kraft ITALIAN StylePIZZA Cheese, 2.5 cup
    * Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, OR FLAT BREAD 8 inch, NEED 6 serving

Directions

PERHEAT OVEN TO 350*
IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL PUT IN 2 TABLESPOONS WATER AND PUT IN YOUR ONIONS, COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP PLACE IN MIC ON HIGH FOR 5 MINS STOP STIR AND PUT BACK IN FOR ANOTHER 2 MINS. REPEAT THE SAME PROCESS WITH YOUR BELL PEPPERS. SET ASIDE ONCE STEAMED. OPEN YOUR OLIVES AND MUSHROOM DRAIN AND POUR EACH ONE IN THEIR OWN BOWL.
PLACE THE PEPPERONI ON PLATE SINGLE LAYER AND MIC FOR 1 MIN. TAKE OUT AND PAT WITH PAPER TOWEL TO GET MOST OF THE GREASE OFF. SET ASIDE. ON TWO COOKIE SHEETS SPRAY WITH PAM OLIVE OIL SPRINKLE VERY LIGHTLY WITH CORN MEAL. PLACE 3 FLAT BREADS ON EACH SHEET TRY NOT TO OVERLAP THEM.PLACE IN OVEN FOR ABOUT 5 MINS.
WHILE THOSE HEAT UP. IN SMALL SAUCE PAN POUR IN SM CAN OF TOMATOE SAUCE AND 1/2 CAN WATER. SPRINKLE IN ITALIAN SEASONING, GARLIC POWER, ONION POWDER, IN THE SAUCE TO YOUR TASTE. SIMMER.
BY SPOON FULLS SPREAD ONTO THE BREAD. MAKE SURE TO DIVIDE IT OUT BETWEEN ALL 6 EVENLY. NEXT SPRINKLE A BIG PINCH OF THE CHEESE ONTO EACH BREAD(SAVE SOME FOR THE TOPS) NEXT DIVIDE THE ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS, AND OLIVES EVENLY BETWEEN ALL 6 PIZZAS, NEXT PLACE 6 PEPPERONIS ONTO EACH PIZZA. TOP EACH PIZZA WITH THE REMAINDER OF THE CHEESE. PLACE BACK INTO THE HOT OVEN FOR ABOUT 20 MINS. KEEP AN EYE ON IT SO IT DOESN'T BURN THE CHEESE. YOU CAN EAT ONE FOR A MEAL AND FREEZE THE OTHER FOR A TREAT ON ANOTHER DAY. TO FREEZE COOL ALL THE WAY, PLACE ON A PAPER PLATE AND WRAP WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND THEN FOIL THEN PLACE IN ZIP LOC BAG AND PLACE IN THE FREEZER. CAN HOLD UP FOR AT LEAST 3 MONTHS IF TIGHTLY CLOSED.
