Teriyaki Pork & Soba Noodles

Introduction

This is a great crock-pot meal! I put the pork, Teriyaki sauce and honey in the crock pot during my lunch break, add the broccoli when I get home and serve over Soba noodles. This is a great crock-pot meal! I put the pork, Teriyaki sauce and honey in the crock pot during my lunch break, add the broccoli when I get home and serve over Soba noodles.

Ingredients

    Soba Noodles, 1.5 cup
    Nestle Chef Mate Teriyaki Sauce, 6 tbsp
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Pork Loin Boneless Center Cut Chops, 10 oz
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp

Directions

Cut the pork into a few slices if you want it to cook faster, add sauce, honey & pork to crock pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours. The meat will fall apart when you stir it up. 1 hour before serving, add the broccoli to the pot. 10 minutes before serving, boil the Soba noodles according to the package directions. You can either serve the Teriyaki over the noodles, or add the noodles to the pot and stir it all up together.

Makes approximately 5 servings, 1 cup each.
