Introduction

Mexican chicken Casserole Mexican chicken Casserole

Ingredients

    Salsa
    Cream of Chicken soup
    Corn Tortilla Shells
    Montery and Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Cook your chicken and cut it into pieces.
Mix your sals, cream of chicken and chicken pieces together.
Take your corn Tortilla shells and rip them into strips.
Layer strips chieken salsa mix then cheese. Do it at least 2x finishing with cheese on top.

This is a smaller dish then i am used to making. I am trying to cut down on left overs. Double the recipe for a bigger batch.
A double recipe is usually done in a 9x13 pan. So you will have to find a smaller dish for this size dish.

After finished you can top with green onions, black olives, diced tomatoes, avacado or sour cream. Hope you enjoy it!
