Ingredients

    3 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
    2 tsp olive oil
    2tsp of chili powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1.5 lb of flank steak

Directions

Combine ingrediants in plastic bag and marinate in fridge 1 - 2 hours.
