High Metabolism Fruit Salad

Introduction

Very freshing and filling, low in calories, little to no fat at all. Extremely tasty. Very versatile. Very freshing and filling, low in calories, little to no fat at all. Extremely tasty. Very versatile.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 – 20oz can no sugar added pineapple tidbits or crushed, DO NOT DRAIN
    1 – 11oz can no sugar added or light mandarin oranges, DO NOT DRAIN
    2 - 3 firm banana, sliced
    1 - 20 oz can no sugar added or light fruit, peaches, pears, fruit cocktail, your choice
    1 – large box OR 2 small boxes of sugar free strawberry jell-o
    1 cup seedless grapes, cut in half
    **NOTE: measure 1 cup grapes first then cut in half
    2 kiwis, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
    1 apple, chopped

Directions

**NOTE – no hot water is added to jello, will appear grainy but will dissolve overnight in frig.

In a large bowl; toss sliced bananas and chopped apples into pineapple, keeps fruit from turning brown. Add remaining ingredients; gently combine all ingredients and refrigerate over night.

Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.

Note - for a change of flavors, try different flavored jellos, different fruits, keep in mind, could change caloric count.
