Introduction

Healthy alternative to processed granola bars! Healthy alternative to processed granola bars!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    .25 c Whole Wheat Flour
    2.5c Organic Oats
    60g Cranberries
    25g coconut
    .75c Egg Whites
    30g Brown Sugar
    4Tbsp Honey

Directions

Lay oats on a flat pan and cook till brown. Stir occassionally.
Mix cranberries, coconut, egg whites, brown sugar, and honey in a bowl while waiting for oats to cook.
Once Oats are fragrent, remove, and mix in a bowl with wet ingredients, and add in flour.
Put in a pan and cook another 15-20 minutes.
