Ibu's vegetable soup 2

    1/2 tbsp Olive oil
    2 pcs garlic, smashed
    2 cups fresh broccoli florets
    2 cups cabbage stem
    1 cup carrots, chopped
    7 cups water (1.7ltr)
    1 tsp salt


Heat oil and add garlic. Sauteed for about 2 minutes then add in water. Let boil and add in broccoli, carrots and cabbage. Sitr well and add in salt and half chicken cube (buoillion). Simmer until vegetables are just tender. Serve with rice
