Ingredients

    potatoes, russet 4 cups diced
    skim milk
    light margarine

Directions

6 servings 1/2 cup each
Peel and dice 4 cups potatoes, boil until tender.
Mix w/ 1 cup skim milk and 2 TBSP light margarine. Salt & Pepper to taste.
