Ingredients

    1 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup unpacked brown sugar
    1 T. dry mustard
    2 T. canola oil
    2 lb. uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast

Directions

In a roasting pan mix all ingredients - adding the chicken after mixing the other ingredients. Cover the breasts and put in preheated 350 degree oven for approx. 50 min. Turn a few times. Take the lid off the last 15 minutes.
