454 grams [1 lb] frozen cooked shrimp
1 tblsp water
2 tsp cornstrarch
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 whole egg white
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp curry powder
1 medium cooking onion, sliced
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
2 whole green onions, slivered cut 2" lengths
Add shrimp. Stir. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heat wok or large frying pan on medium-high until very hot. Add cooking oil. Add onion and red pepper.
Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add shrimp mixture. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until heated through.
