1 package turkey or chicken sausage
1 package presliced baby bella mushrooms
1 pacakage of veggie pasta (I used rotini)
4 oz. goat cheese (or less)
Remove sausage from pan, and set on paper towels to drain grease.
Saute mushrooms in the same pan.
Meanwhile, cook pasta per instructions.
Toss pasta, sausage and mushrooms.
Stir in cheese (and any other veggies you want to add) and serve!
