Spaghetti, 1 pound
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c melted butter
1/4 c chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic (or more, to taste)
In large skillet over low heat, saute parsley, garlic and oil 10-15 minutes, until garlic is golden brown. Remove garlic cloves and toss with pasta and butter. Serve warm.
