    * Sole, broiled (3 oz. cooked), 4 serving (remove)
    * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
    * Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

broil fish for 2 minutes plain (with salt and pepper)
turn over and somther on sauce, broil for 5-6 minutes until flaky
