Introduction

I threw this fruit salad together for a food day at work. It was a hit! The mangoes are what makes this salad memorable! You can use all fresh, frozen or mixed! Also, this is very versatile! Add your favorite fruits to it! Try to use fruits of my different colors, as this salad is very "pretty" when mixed! I threw this fruit salad together for a food day at work. It was a hit! Ingredients

    1 pkg. mangoes (I think it's 8 or 12 oz bag)
    1 pkg strawberries, quartered (8 oz)
    1 medium/large cantaloupe, small cubes
    1 pkg blueberries (8 oz)

Directions

Be sure that all fruit is cut up small enough to mix on the fork or spoon. Throw everything in a large bowl, mix & enjoy! I use a large tupperware bowl with a lid to mix...put the lid on and shake the container vigorously to mix the fruit. Servig size: about 1 cup.
