My Spinach Dip

Introduction

This is a basic spinach dip.
I add 6-green onions for a little boost.

Ingredients

    1 pkg Mrs Grass Homestyle Vegitable Soup Mix
    1 10 oz pkg Birds Eye Frozen Spinach
    1 cup Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 cup Hellmann's Canola Mayonnaise

Directions

Makes 12 1/4 cup servings
Defrost Spinach. Strain & squeeze to release excess water.
In med bowl combine soup mis, mayo and sour cream. mix well.
Add spinace to mixture and mix well. Refridgerate 1 hour. Before serving whip dip with fork to break up any spinach clumps.
Serve w/ bread or crackers.
