Ingredients

1 lg egg
2 tbsp of nonfat milk
1/2 stalk of scallions slices
1 garlic clove chopped
1/2c fresh spinach
1oz mozzarella part skim milk
1 pita wheat 4''dia
Directions
In a skillet add garlic scallions and spinach. Cook till everything is warm. then in a bowl add a lg egg and 2 tbsp of milk nonfat. scramble it. add to skillet and cook till done. then add mozzarella and put it in a pita. season to taste.
