Spinach egg loaf

Submitted by: DOPEY100100

Introduction

Atkins Induction friendly, my version of Low carb! Spinach as posted by SLOWSET, using fresh rather than frozen spinach. The spinach is already net carbs - so do not subtract the fibre from the carb total if doing atkins - whole recipe is about 4.5 net carbs. Atkins Induction friendly, my version of Low carb!
