Jackie's Grape Salad

Introduction

Use equal parts green, red and black grapes to make a great presentation of this wonderful summer treat. Great at Bridal/Baby showers or any other special occasion. Best if made the night before. Serving size 1 cup. Use equal parts green, red and black grapes to make a great presentation of this wonderful summer treat. Great at Bridal/Baby showers or any other special occasion. Ingredients

    4 Lbs Seedless grapes
    8 oz cream cheese
    8 oz sour cream
    1/2 cup white granulated sugar
    1 Tsp vanilla extract
    Topping:
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans

Directions

Wash grapes and dry thoroughly to prevent wet ingredients becoming watery. Combine Cream cheese, sour cream, granulated white sugar and vanilla in mixer bowl and cream together.
Add sauce to dry grapes and mix thoroughly then sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans to taste.
Chill at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.
