What a stunning recipe! All three of us loved it - my fussy, diabetic brother, my junk food addicted husband and most of all, me - I hate cooking but this was a pleasure! - 2/17/08

Everyone loved them! Added cumin and chili powder and topped with Cabot low fat cheese and a spoon of salsa for a mexi-burger. - 8/2/07

Pretty good, found they fell apart very easily.

Read comments and added chopped onion, crushed garlic and seasoning salt. Went well with mustard but not sweet things like relish and BBQ sauce for our liking.

Going to try making it as meat mix for taco salad and see how that goes. - 6/20/09
