Greens with Bacon



Introduction

Ingredients

    1 bunch curly kale
    1 bunch dinosaur kale
    1 bunch collard greens
    6 oz. apple-smoked bacon
    water
    salt & pepper

Directions

Wash the greens thoroughly, remove the leaves and chop them. Chop the bacon and fry it for a bit in a pan with a tight-fittlng lid. Add the chopped greens and water to cover about 2/3 way up. Cover the pot and let simmer for 45 minutes. Season to taste.
