Introduction

Original recipe comes from Kraft Foods - changed it a little to use what we have on hand and not fresh - didn't change the taste.
Best if made ahead and let to blend in the refrigerator. Serve cold.

Ingredients

    1 cup Yellow Corn, frozen, thawed
    1 can tomatoes, chunk style
    1/4 cup red onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons dried parsley
    1 tablespoon diced canned jalapeno pepper (2 if you like it HOT)
    1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Fat Free Italian Dressing


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.

Cover bowl and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Serve Cold.
