Crock Pot Pot Roast

Ingredients

    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 can (14 oz), ready-to-serve (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 3 lb (remove)

Directions

Brown the Roast.

Throw everything in the CrockPot, season to taste, and let it cook for 10 hours.
