Chicken Stew

Ingredients

    1/4 C chicken fat, reserved after roasting
    1 diced onion
    3 stalks diced celery
    3 diced carrots
    1/2 cup flour
    4 cups chicken broth
    2 cups diced chicken
    2 cups milk

Directions

Cook vegetables in fat. Add flour. Add broth and cook vegetables until soft. Add chicken and milk. Heat through. Serve over hot biscuits.
