Ingredients

12 oz boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cooked
1 pkg chicken flavour stuffing mix
4 cups steamed chopped broccoli, fresh or frozen
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" X 13" pan with non-stick cooking spray. Prepare stuffing mix as per directions and put into bottom of prepared pan. Cut cooked chicken breast into cubes, put in a large bowl. Add broccoli, mushrooms, soup, milk, and 1/2 of the cheese. Mix and put on top of stuffing. Spread evenly. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 min or until cheese is bubbling. Seves 6. Enjoy!!!
