Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peal the squash and cut it in half (long ways). Scoop out the seeds and discard them.
Slice the squash into long, fry-lenght strips.
Sprinkle seasoned salt over strips. (You can also use cinnamon & sugar)
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
Bake for 30 minutes.
