Introduction

Don't reach for those french fries, instead try this yummy, healthy alternative. Don't reach for those french fries, instead try this yummy, healthy alternative.

Ingredients

    Spaghetti squash
    Seasoned salt

Directions

1 medium spaghetti squash serves 4 people.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Peal the squash and cut it in half (long ways). Scoop out the seeds and discard them.
Slice the squash into long, fry-lenght strips.
Sprinkle seasoned salt over strips. (You can also use cinnamon & sugar)
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
Bake for 30 minutes.
