Tuna Salad, Lemon French Dressing

Introduction

Low Sodium, Reduced Fat/Healthy Oil.
Low Sodium, Reduced Fat/Healthy Oil.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning blend of choice
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1.5 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
    1 TBS Lemon Juice
    1.5 tsp water

    2 Medium tomatoes, chopped
    6 ounces drained, canned Tuna [in Water]
    8 romaine leaves torn in small pieces.
    1 stalk of celery diced
    1 TBS chopped scallions [or onion]


Directions

Mix Dressing in bottom of large serving bowl.
Combine Oil & Mustard and whip until Creamy; add Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Water, Mrs. Dash & stir well.

Add torn Lettuce, Tomatoes, Tuna, celery & scallions. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with Parsley.
