Ingredients

    3/4 CUP DRY WHOLE WHEAT ROTINI
    I CAN 5 OZ MUSHROOMS
    2 CANS 13.5 POPEYE SPINACH
    1 CAN 5OZ WATER PACKED TUNA
    1/4 CUP CORNSTARCH
    1 TBS PROMISE FATFREE MARGINE
    2/3 CUP POWERED MILK
    2 CUPS WATER
    1 TBS CHOPPED DRY ONIONS
    1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
    1 TSP SEASONED SALT
    3/4 CUP GRATED PARMESIN CHEESE.

Directions

COOK ROTINI UNTIL TENDER. WHILE THAT IS COOKING. PUT IN STRAINER TO DRAIN SPINACH , MUSHROOMS AND TUNA. MELT PROMISE ADD CORNSTARCH MIX TOGETHER . ADD POWDERED MILK AND WATER . ADD DRY ONIONS. COOK UNTIL THICKENED. ADD THE SPINACH , MUSHROOMS AND TUNA . ADD THE SEASONINGS. MIX .PUT IN OVEN PROOF DISH. PUT GRATED CHEESE ON TOP . BAKE 350 OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES. MAKES 6-1 CUP SERVINGS
