Introduction

Ths is a lighter version of my mother in laws broccoli salad whch calls for 1 cup of mayo, real sugar and bacon. Ths is a lighter version of my mother in laws broccoli salad whch calls for 1 cup of mayo, real sugar and bacon.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 bunch of broccoli chopped
    about 10 grapes
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup almonds chopped
    1/4 onion chopped
    1/4 cup radishes (optional)
    1 tbs cider vinegar
    1/4 light mayo
    1/2 packet of splenda about 4 tsp

Directions

cut up the brocoli into bite size pieces
add in other dry ingredients
in seperate bowl mix vinegar, splenda and mayo
mix the dressing into the salad and refridgerate for a few hours before serving
makes about 5 1 cup servings
