Rachel's Green Pina Colada

Introduction

Green smoothies are PACKED with nutrients and this one for sure does! Add the coconut cream because the vitamin A, D, E & K is fat soluble so your body has to have the food combined with a fat when consuming for your body to absorb the nutrient. Because of the high fruit content, the spinach and carrots can't be tasted but you still get their vitamins! Green smoothies are PACKED with nutrients and this one for sure does!
