Introduction

A great morning protein shake! A great morning protein shake!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 banana
    2 cups low fat chocolate milk
    1 cup low fat vanilla or plain yogurt
    2/3 cup orange juice
    2/3 cup peanut butter

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Pour into 6 glasses and serve immediately.
