Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    4 cups beef broth
    1 can lentils
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste

in large sauce pan over medium heat saute onion in oil until tender. Add broth and bring mixture to a boil. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer.
