Introduction

aprox. half my required Potassium,Salt and fiber. I have chronic diaeria and this is to keep the balance up. aprox. half my required Potassium,Salt and fiber. I have chronic diaeria and this is to keep the balance up.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 tsp. no salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 T fiber-sure
    3 T Splenda
    4 C filtered water

Directions

Mix all (but the soluble fiber) ingred. in a jug. Add Fiber-Sure after the salt etc is dilute. Drink over the course of a day to meet half what I need for the above.
Add lemon, lime or juice to flavor. Maybe even powdered drink mix (no sugar).
