London Broil (1 - 1.5 lb Steak)
BBQ Sauce (4 Tbsp)
Light Beer (1 fl oz)
Garlic (2 tsp, chopped)
* Add steak to marinade, coat completely, cover with aluminum foil and put in refridgerator overnight
* Using barbeque, cook on each side for 5-10 minutes, depending on how well done you prefer
* Using oven, bake covered for 10 minutes, uncover, continue baking for 5-10 minutes
* However you cook it, when done, let sit, covered, for 10 minutes to allow juices to redistribute
* Serve and Enjoy!
