Easy (Healthy) Jambalaya

Submitted by: MRSWESTY

Introduction

This is an easy way to "doctor up" a box meal and make it taste just like homemade. I always add just a little hot sauce to my bowl. It is a one dish meal but I sometimes serve it with a salad.
