Shepard's Pie

Ingredients

    8x8 Baking Dish
    Skillet

    2 TBSP Oil
    1# Ground Turkey
    1 Med Onion, chooped
    1 Med Carrot, skinned & thinly sliced
    2 TBSP Flour
    1 2/3 cup Beef Broth
    2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Thyme
    1 cup Frozen Peas
    dash of Salt
    dash of Pepper
    Prepared Mashed Potatoes for 4

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375

Put oil in skillet
Add Turkey, Carrot, & Onion to skillet
Cook until veggies are tender
Add Flour, Worcestershire, & Beef Broth
Stir until flour turns brown
Add Thyme, Frozen peas, salt & pepper
Mix well
Pour into 8x8 baking dish
Spread Prepared Mashed Potatoes over the top, sealing the sides
Bake for 30 minutes
Serve hot.
