Sour Cream Banana Bread

Introduction

Feel free to use low fat sour cream, or plain yogurt.

Feel free to use low fat sour cream, or plain yogurt.

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    6 bananas
    4 eggs
    4 C sugar
    1 1/3 C canola oil
    1 C sour cream
    4 C flour
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2 1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 C walnuts, chopped
    2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix bananas, eggs, oil and sour cream. In a separate bowl add flour, salt and baking soda. Slowly add to banana mixture. Add vanilla and walnuts, mix well. Pour into 2 a well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 60-90 minutes. Makes 2 loaves (10 servings each).
