Vanilla Honey Oatmeal with Craisins

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups water
1 cup old fashioned or quick oats
1/4 cup craisins
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp honey
salt to taste
Directions
Put water, oats, salt and craisins into a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes for Old Fashioned Oats, or 1 minute for Quick Cooking Oats. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and honey. Put into serving bowls and pour 2 tablespoons of milk over each bowl (optional; this is not in the calculations)
The original recipe states it makes 1.25 cup per serving, but I only got 1 cup each.
