Veggie Hi Protein Crustless Quiche

Introduction

Hoping the kids will eat this one although it is good for Mom's too... Hoping the kids will eat this one although it is good for Mom's too...
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbls Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup skim ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    2 cups Kirkland Stir Fry Vegetables
    1 cup non fat milk
    PAM
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients except eggs and milk - beat lightly together. Frozen Veg can be warmed in skillet for a minute or two before hand. Spray Glass Heat Proof dish with PAM, Pour in mixture, bak in oven for approx 30 minutes.
